Get up close and personal with elite athletes, retired racing greyhounds of course! Come meet and Greet the GAP greyhounds & their families, from the Greyhound Adoption Program SA!
All events open to public unless otherwise stated.
Some events may have an entry fee.

Million Paws Walk – Elder Park Adelaide

GAP will have a display at the MPW again this year and a group will be walking together on the day.

Greyhounds will be up for adoption on this day.
*Please Note: This day is open for adoptions ONLY. This is NOT our annual Open Day.*

GAPSA Birthday Bash
Chaser Restaurant – Angle Park Greyhound Track
Thursday July 19th (6:30pm)
GAP will be celebrating 15 years of finding retired racing greyhounds new forever homes.
So come celebrate with us on the night!
Our annual GAP Greyhound Parade will be on the night as well.
If you would like to bring your greyhound to strut their stuff out to the track and show everyone what a proud parent you are, then book your seat!
Secure parking area for those bringing greyhounds.
Dinner on the night is also a fundraising opportunity for GAP.
Prices for the dinner are $35 per person over 13. Under 13yrs will be $17.50 and under 5 are free.

GAPSA Xmas Open Day
Saturday Nov 24th (11am - 4pm)
Well it's that time of year again where we will have our GAPSA Christmas Open Day!
It's a day full of fun for everyone! Jumpy castle for the kiddies, doggie games, sausage sizzle, greyhound play yard, plus SANTA, and much more!
There will be greyhounds up for adoption on the day as well. So if you are contemplating adopting a new family member, fostering a greyhound or 2, or just want to speak to someone about the breed, come on over to see us!

GAPSA Xmas Stall & Parade
GRSA Building/Greyhound Track
Thursday – Dec 20th (6:00 - 8:30pm)
GAP Xmas Raffles, merchandise, calendars and of course GAP Greyhounds!
Come get a bargain for Christmas, or just say Merry Christmas!
ALSO! - Come along and parade your greyhound out to the track and up onto podium for all to see!
Dress them in their Christmas Best!!! It will be fun!
All greyhounds interested in attending the parade on the night MUST register by Dec 15th. Please contact Angela 8243 7124 or email gap@grsa.com.au (subject: "XMAS PARADE" ).
We will need details of your greyhound : name and race name (if known)
