Optimal Ox, who raced as 'Jet Impact,' is an angel of a boy available for supported adoption.

Specific requirements:

• Ox can live in a home on his  own or with a M-L female friend
• He is fine to be alone for full time hours
• Ox would love to be part of a family and can live with children over the age of 12
• He is not suitable to live with cats, poultry or pocket pets

What we have noticed:

• Ox is just amazing! He is a lazy and docile soul who is super laid back and placid
• He is a calm and confident boy with beautiful manners
• Ox is very affectionate and loves a cuddle
• He loves his treats, especially sardines and chunkers
• Ox is a cafe dog - he loves his weekly "pupaccinos"!

"Hey folks, I'm Ox and it's great to finally meet you!

I'm 3 years old, clearly one of the most handsome greyhounds you’ve seen, and I'm a big snuggly cuddler! I love to lean on your legs for a good ol' cuddle, problem is, I'm not that little, but I think I am! 

I get along with other dogs, big or small! I will chase things that run, so it’s probably best if I don't live with any pocket pets or cats. I absolutely love to bolt after a tennis ball and show off my speed! I also love the beach! 

One thing I know for sure is, I am food obsessed. I am food motivated and will do anything for some sardines. I love to be playful and throw my soft toys into the air but am largely a couch potato. I love to go for walks too.

I love children, and people! I love to sit with anyone while they watch tv or do homework. I'm most certainly house trained and will sleep all night long in my bed without a peep. I don’t dig holes, bark or have separation anxiety. 

Some non-negotiables for me is a secure yard, sleeping inside, and being with people more often than not. It’s best I live with older children as I am prone to sleep startle. I promise I don’t mean any harm!
