Greyhounds are a surprise packet!

While they do love to run, they are also generally quite lazy, gentle, affectionate, and make an ideal dog for people with many different lifestyles.

Our greyhounds all go through an assessment process before they are ready to find their forever home. You can search our available greyhounds and find a match that sounds suitable for you based on their profile and needs. Our team can also help to match you with a greyhound if your desired greyhound has already found a home or can recommend another greyhound who looks like an ideal match.

The adoption fee for our greyhounds is just $200 and they come sterilised, wormed and C5 vaccinated, microchipped, health and dental checked.

Plus they will come with their unique GAP SA green collar, a lead and winter coat. GAP SA will also provide ongoing support following the adoption of the greyhound.

Ronnie, who raced under the name “Ronnie Jolie”, was adopted in December last year by Shaun Furniss.

Ronnie has become Shaun’s full-time travel companion as he travels back and forth between Adelaide and Alice Springs.
