Angelic Ava | Fawn | 25 kgs
Floating through life with confidence and grace, Ava is the sweet angle you’ve been looking for! She’s searching for an active home full of fun, adventure and lots of cuddles.
Specific requirements:
- Ava can live as an only dog or with a medium to large male companion dog
- She is fine to be on her own for part time hours or full time with company
- Ava can live in a home with children over the age of 5
- Ava is not suitable to live with cats, poultry or pocket pets
What we have noticed:
- Ava is a playful sweetheart who adores kids and loves playing with toys. She would happily join in during backyard games and family movie nights!
- She is an affectionate girl who loves a cuddle, she would love nothing more than to snuggle in with you on the couch
- Ava enjoys the sweet things in life with her favourite treats including arrowroot bickies and Maccas soft serve ice cream!
- She is a social butterfly, and she gets along great with other greyhounds, horses, cattle and sheep
- With her boundless energy, big heart, and sweet soul, Ava would make a wonderful addition to an active family looking for a fun and affectionate best friend!

- Ava loves playing fetch with her squeaky ball and has learned to bring the ball back to you!
- She is food-motivated and easy to engage with treat-based training
- Ava has learnt the commands 'sit’ and ‘down’ while on her bed
- She enjoys going for walks and exploring new sights and smells
- Ave walks well on lead and has had positive interactions with several medium and large dogs
- She can be a little excited but easily redirected when meeting a small dog
- Ava has met children ages 2-6 years old and was happy to receive pats and treats from them
- She enjoys enrichment activities including lickimat and food puzzles
- Ava would love to find a home where her family are around more often and/or have some flexibility during the initial couple of months to work on extending ‘alone time'
