Cupid’s Arrow to your heart | Black | 33kg

Arrow raced under the name ‘Cyclone Arrow’. He's an easy going and sweet soul, looking for a home where he will receive lots of love, cuddles, and attention. He loves a bum scratch and has experience spending time in his trainer’s home

Specific requirements:

  • Arrow is suitable to live as an only dog or with a 10kg+ female dog companion
  • He can stay home alone for full time hours with or without company.
  • Arrow is suitable to live with children aged 5 years and older
  • Arrow is not suitable to live with cats, poultry, or pocket pets

What we have noticed:

  • Arrow is very confident and sweet
  • Arrow loves a bum scratch, and scratches behind his ears
  • He has bursts of playful energy, but he is usually laid back and easy going
  • He loves going on walks and using his nose to sniff everything, and he would enjoy going on greyhound group walks
  • Arrow loves the company of people and will always greet you with a big happy face

From his foster carer:

  • Arrow is not much of a barker as he has not once barked since I have had him.
  • He loves visitors, including children. He greets with tail wagging, but does not persist in demanding attention.
  • He loves walks, becoming animated when he sees his lead. He is indifferent to any dogs met on the way, sometimes checking with a nose-to-nose sniff and then moves on. He is not bothered by the noise of the Grange train, even when we are close by and does not react to seeing cats.
  • Our daily routine has been a 40 minute walk early morning and a 5 minute ‘toileting’ walk before bedtime.
  • There hasn't been any indoor toileting ‘accidents’. While he is given occasional access to the back yard, he will whine at the back door if he needs to go. He sleeps soundly for 8 hours overnight without needing a toilet break.
  • He loves his breakfast and dinner and loves a Vitapet Chicken Tenders treat.
  • He is a gentleman and does not beg at the table at my dinner time.
  • Overall, I would describe Arrow as a low maintenance, easy-going companion-dog who would adapt quickly in any caring environment.
