The stunning Jersey, known on the racetrack as ‘Dimora Flames’, is a handsome hound with an abundance of happy spirit and love to give his new family.
Specific requirements:
- Jersey can live independently, or with S-L company.
- He can stay by himself part time but would need some company during full time hours.
- Jersey would be suitable in home with children 8 years and up.
- Cannot live with cats, poultry, or pocket pets.
Foster carer observations
- Jersey is a super affectionate & gentle man who loves a cuddle and a smooch. He is outgoing & confident around people and always has a wagging tail
- He is currently living with a Jack Russell in foster care and they are best friends; playing with toys and running together in the garden
- Enjoys car trips getting in & out himself & sitting down almost immediately
- Will jump on any chance to play and exercise and walks nicely on lead. He is also happy to snooze the day away in front of the window gazing outside
- Jersey absolutely loves people. He cuddles and leans in for pats & neck scratches and pretty much any attention he can get from his humans……..he is never far away when his people are home
- He loves playing with his toys, throwing them in the air & collecting his favourites in his beds
- He would love a family that he can play with and watch TV on the couch
- Can walk up & down solid stairs
- Food and enrichment games are a great way to keep Jersey entertained. Some of his favourite foods include cheese, Fritz & yoghurt
