Amazing Amy… | Black | 28kg |

Amy, who raced as “Shrinking’ is a very friendly girl who loves her toys and playing with other doggo friends and she is looking for a loving forever home to call her own.

Specific requirements:

  • Amy can live either as an only dog or with a medium to large MALE doggo companion.
  • She can be left in the home for part time hours alone or full time hours with her doggo companion.
  • Amy can live with a family who have children 5 years and under.
  • She is not suitable to live with cats, poultry, or pocket pets.

What we have noticed:

  • Amy is a very sweet girl who likes to be around her people.
  • She loves her toys and playing with other dogs.
  • Amy likes to go on walking adventures where she can meet new people and new doggo friends.
  • She likes her food and would love to try all different types of enrichment and treaties.
  • Amy likes to also go on ‘Sniffari’ adventures where she can explore new and exciting environments.
  • Amy is crate trained so will ideally need to go to a home prepared to continue this for her.

A note from Amy's current foster family:

'Amy is great with our kids, the youngest being 2 years old. She adores her walks and loves a good sniffari!               Amy is also a huge lover of finding a spot to sleep for the day and is a very patient dog. She is very food driven which makes her easy to train and she loves affection and loves to be a part of what's happening. Amy loves her toys, especially the ones that squeak - she will throw them up in the air and run around with them! She is great on leash and also travelling in the car. Amy is house trained - she will let you know by standing at the door if she needs to go out. Amy is such a beautiful, loving, affectionate and well behaved dog. She loves to be with her people. Once she becomes comfortable, she generally will pick up the routines quickly. She knows her bed and will go there if you tell her to. Amy has been around other dogs, large groups of people and has even been close to an emu! She would be a wonderful addition for any family.'
