Food, sleep and people are Buddy’s top 3 interests! This easy going boy is looking for the perfect family that has lots of treats, beds and love for him!

Specific requirements:

• Buddy can be an only dog or with any sized companion.
• He can be home for fulltime hours with or without company.
• Buddy is suitable for a home with children 5 years or older.
• He is not suitable to live with cats, poultry or pocket pets.

What we have noticed:

• Buddy can be a bit of a sooky boy, he loves being around people and getting all the cuddles!
• He has been described as a lazy boy and is looking for the perfect adoption home home with lots of beds for him to snuggle up into.
• Buddy would love a family that makes him a part of their adventures.
• Bud, as affectionately known by his foster carers, loves meeting new doggo friends - he's a really popular hound!
• He loves his food and will happily taste test any treats you offer him!

From his Foster Carer:

Buddy is a gentle giant. He's a sweet and inquisitive boy, who can be a little shy. He must have a good sniff to figure things out. He loves his toy and collects them in his bed. His duck toy is his favourite, and he MUST carry it to bed every night. He is a huge fan of peanut butter and will do just about anything for chicken.

He's really easy to look after, spends most of his time lying in his bed. He loves a cuddle and pat but is mostly happy having his own space, while in company of humans.

It does take him a little bit to warm up to people, but so worth it once he does! And is especially cute when he starts to follow you around the house with a toy in his mouth.
