Sirius, sometimes affectionately known as Padfoot, was named for the well-known Harry Potter character and for his resemblance to the movie counterpart! He is a very laid back and easy going boy that is happy to keep himself amused in the house.
Specific requirements:
- Sirius is fine to be an only dog or with a medium to large female dog companion.
- He can be home for fulltime hours with or without company.
- Sirius is suitable for a home with children 5 years or older.
- He is not suitable to live with cats, poultry or pocket pets.
What we have noticed:
- Sirius is happy doing his own thing around the house so would like a family as easy going and cruisey as he is.
- He is very laid back and loves just chilling on comfy beds and couches.
- Sirius can get a bit excitable around other dogs so would need a tolerant companion if going into a home already with a dog.
- Did you know that “Sirius” is known as the “Dog Star” and part of the constellation Canis Major (Great Dog)!
