Outgoing and confident, Larry is a bundle of fun. If your household is full of toys for him he will be as happy as Larry!
Specific requirements:
- Larry is fine to be an only dog or with a medium to large female dog companion.
- He can be home for full time hours with or without company.
- Larry is suitable for a home with dog savvy children 8 years or older.
- He is not suitable to live with cats, poultry or pocket pets.
What we have noticed:
- Larry loooooves his toys and carrying them around.
- He is a very confident boy and would love being taken out to sports events with the family.
- Larry is outgoing and has been around lots of kids, he would suit a dog savvy family as long as they let him have his toys to himself.
From his foster carer:
- Larry has been a dream to take care of - he never jumps on people, never barks and is so calm with other dogs
- He likes longer walks (happily goes on walks over an hour) and is a pleasure on the lead
- He is a very clever boy, he has already learnt to go to his bed, wait for food, to stay out of the kitchen and to keep to himself when the family is eating dinner.
- Larry loves his cuddles and being tucked into his bed with a blanket over him to keep him snuggly and warm.
- He loves a morning play before a day of snoozing around the house.
- Larry has even seen rabbits in cages around the foster home and isn't fazed!
