Earnest Ernie, who very briefly raced as 'Earn The Fury,' is a gentle natured boy looking for his forever home,

Specific requirements:

• Ernie is fine to be an only dog or with a small to large female dog companion.
• He can be home for fulltime hours with or without company.
• Ernie is suitable for a home with children 8 years or older.
• He is not suitable to live with poultry or pocket pets.
• Ernie is currently living with 2 cats in the home

What we have noticed:

• Ernie can be a little shy to start off with but will warm up once he builds his confidence
• He is happy to chill around others but also happy to find his own space.
• Ernie loves a good sniffari walk around the neighbourhood.
• He is a tender hearted soul who would make a lovely companion for a retiree
• Ernie has lovely manners with both his doggy and cat friends alike

'Ernie is the most gentle soul, and slowly but surely has come out of his shell. He loves nothing more in this world than his treats, breakfast and belly rubs. Ernie lives with cats and is incredibly gentle with them. Walking isn't always Ernie's faviourite activity (bikes and cars can be scary) but he loves to run about in the backyard and is a budding collector, too. Ernie's got a way of winning hearts over and no doubt he'll be the ideal companion.'
