Greyhounds for adoption

Monica is a curious, slightly cheeky, and very affectionate greyhound who loves sniffaris, good naps, and playing with her favourite caterpillar toy.

Specific requirements:

• Monica can live either as an only dog or with a MEDIUM to LARGE MALE doggo friend.
• She can be left in the home for full time hours with or without her doggo companion. 
• Monica can live with a family with children 8 years or older.
• She is not suitable to live with cats, poultry or pocket pets.

What we have noticed:

• Monica is a loving and friendly girl who likes to be around her humans.
• She likes her food and would like to try all different types of treaties and enrichment items such as Kongs and Licki mats.
• Monica likes to go on walking adventures where she can meet new people and new doggo friends but does need some help with her socialisation skills.
• She also likes to go on ‘Sniffari’ adventures where she can explore new and exciting environments. 

From her foster carer:

• Monica can be a little hesitant in new places at first, but her playful and relaxed personality quickly shines through.

• She is very affectionate towards people from the get-go.

• She gets along well with other dogs.

• She is brave and enjoys exploring the world.

• While she enjoys exploring, she is low-maintenance. She gets excited for walks but is also perfectly happy to sleep in if you'd like to stay home.

• She loves her plushies, especially her caterpillar toy.
