Forest is full of love and will be your most faithful companion. He is looking for a warm and loving home to call his own.

Specific requirements:

• Forest can live as an only dog or with a doggo friend of any size

• He can be in the home alone for part time hours, or full time hours with a doggo friend

• Forest can live in a home with children over the age of 8

• With proper introductions, Forest has the potential to live with one indoor cat

• He is not suitable to live with poultry or pocket pets

• Forest is a very affectionate boy who loves to lean into his favourite people for cuddles and pats!

• He is gentle on lead and loves getting out in nature

• Forest is a laid back and easy-going boy who will be your most faithful companion!

• He gets along well with other greyhounds and would love a friend to keep him company

• Forest has a sweet and kind soul who will thrive in a quiet and loving home

Forest is a sweet boy with a shy heart and a soft, soulful presence. True to his name, he’s calm, observant, and happiest in quiet surroundings where he can truly exhale.

He’s not the kind of dog to rush up to strangers on walks, he’s reserved and cautious with new people and noises, but never reactive. Instead, Forest takes his time. Once he trusts you, he gently leans his full weight into you, quietly asking for connection. It’s subtle, but incredibly sweet. He just wants to feel comfortable with his human.

Forest is:

• Sweet, quiet, clean, not destructive, fully toilet trained and has learnt to use a dog door

• He is caring and playful when relaxed with his special human

• Happy to nap for long stretches (especially on cool tiles or soft beds)

• Deeply affectionate and a total leaner

• Shy with strangers and new environments, but never aggressive and loves to explore with curiosity

• Comforted by calming music, snuffle mats, gentle routines and lots of love and attention
