Paddy is a sweet and gentle boy who starts out shy, but once he feels comfortable, he will show you that he is the most loyal and affectionate companion.  Paddy loves to press his head in for cuddles with people he knows, which shows just how deeply he bonds. He’s a placid and laid-back boy who enjoys a walk, but is happiest lounging in a quiet, loving home. Paddy is looking for a patient family who’ll give him the time he needs to settle, and he will repay you with endless love

Specific requirements:

• Paddy is suitable to live as an only dog, or with a female dog companion of any size
• He can stay home alone for full time hours
• He is suitable for a home with children 8 years and older
• Paddy may have the ability to live with indoor cats, please contact GAP to discuss arranging a cat test
• Paddy has some experience around caged poultry on his trainer’s property

What we have noticed:

• Paddy can be shy in new environments and with new people, but once he gets to know you, he is a loyal and affectionate boy
• For people he knows, he will press his head into you to ask for cuddles
• Paddy is placid and docile; he would love a patient and loving family who will let him adjust to the home at his own speed. His family will be rewarded for their patience with so much love and affection
• Paddy enjoys a walk, but is generally a laid back and lazy boy
